These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CloserPro AI (the "Service"), operated by Jaclyn Perez Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. You are contracting with Jaclyn Perez Ventures LLC.
CloserPro AI is an AI-powered sales training platform that lets sales professionals practice roleplays with AI buyers, drill objection handling (by text and voice), and receive automated coaching, scores, and leaderboard rankings.
You must be at least 18 years old and, if using the Service on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind that organization. You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits. We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation, and branding.
You must not misuse the Service. This includes:
You are responsible for your prompts and inputs, how you use AI-generated outputs, verifying the accuracy of outputs, and ensuring you have rights to any content you submit. AI coaching output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or regulated advice. We may moderate, remove, or restrict content, filter outputs, and suspend accounts that violate these rules. Rights holders may report infringement to contact@closerpro.ai; repeated infringement leads to account termination.
The Service is offered as a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which may also handle sales tax, receipts, and payment-related support on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
You grant us a limited license to host and process the content you submit (such as roleplay responses) solely to provide and improve the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use, or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period; you may request an export before termination by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento County, California. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
